Lawrence G. Seltzer M.D. Lawrence Seltzer M.D. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Rutgers University in 1984. He successfully completed his radiology residency and was fellowshipped trained at Cornell Hospital. Dr. Seltzer is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.
